What will it take to become an Augmented Artisan?

Over many months I have been engaged in late-night conversations with Google’s AI assistant “Gemini.” Our discussions have included heath and medical issues, politics, climate change, real estate and legal transactions, and politics, as well as questions posed about situations in my daily life life and research and guidance for the books I write.

This blog contains is the first of the podcasts to publish as conversations between me and Google Gemini, and relates to a recent topic in the news about job growth reported between May and June of 2025. The conversation required several prompts, but Gemini’s answer seemed to provide an unbiased view of AI, our educational system in America and how it must be altered.

My objectives with this “newsletter” is to share the information I received from AI prompts, as well as to assist others in how to approach difficult questions to an entity that not only reports the news, but reflects on it and attempts to answer questions without bias.
